1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Thea’s Holistic Wellbeing ("we", "us", "our") to clients ("you", "your"). By booking or receiving a massage therapy service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide professional massage therapy services. These services are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or examination by a qualified medical practitioner.
3. Appointments
- Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Confirmation: Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from us.
- Cancellation Policy: You must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will incur a fee of [Insert Percentage]% of the total service cost.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, the session may be shortened to ensure subsequent clients are not delayed. Full payment for the session is still required.
4. Payment

- Infectious Conditions: If you have an infectious condition (e.g., cold, flu, COVID-19), please inform us before your appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule the appointment to protect our staff's and other clients' health.
- Personal Hygiene: Clients are expected to maintain a high level of personal hygiene for the comfort of both client and therapist.
6. Therapist Conduct
- Professionalism: Our therapists are licensed professionals who adhere to strict codes of conduct. Any inappropriate behaviour from the client, such as sexual advances or harassment, will result in immediate termination of the session, and the full-service fee will still apply.
- Therapist’s Health: If your therapist is unwell, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
7. Liability
- General: We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your failure to disclose relevant health information.
- Personal Property: We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the premises.
- Insurance: We maintain appropriate professional liability insurance as required by UK law.
8. Confidentiality
- Privacy: We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. Your health information will be used solely to provide you with the best possible care.
- Data Protection: We comply with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
9. Gift Vouchers
- Validity: Unless otherwise stated, gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Redemption: Vouchers can be redeemed against any of our services, subject to availability.

- Procedure: If you have any concerns or complaints about our services, please get in touch with us immediately. We aim to resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
